The Master tells us that according to Ancient Wisdom, Melchizedek,
King of Righteousness and High Priest of the Divine World, initiated
Abraham into the knowledge of God and his Heavenly Kingdom.
These ancient teachings became a spiritual tradition now known as Kabbalah.
In order to comprehend, and navigate what the journey of the soul is all about,
we need a road map. This road map is called The Tree of Life.

It is impossible to have a true understanding of this map or blueprint without
the guidance of a Spiritual Master.
It is also impossible to understand without being prepared.
Through the numerous conferences given by Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov,
we become educated, and prepared to evolve spiritually, and
to begin to study Kabbalah. All of these lessons are available through the collections
of books and tapes that were transcribed from oral lectures given by the Master.

The distinguished philosopher and spiritual Master, Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov, was born in
Bulgaria in 1900. In 1937 he moved to France, where he lived and taught until his death
in 1986. One of the most striking aspects of the Master's Teaching is the great variety
of ways in which he presented his central theme : humanity's quest for perfection.
Whatever the topic under discussion, he invariably dealt with it in terms of how we can
grow in spiritual maturity and better conduct our lives.
" True magic, divine magic,
consists in putting all one's powers, all one's knowledge, at the service of
the Kingdom of God on Earth. Very few magi attain this higher level, the level
at which they are totally free of any personal interest even in magical practices
themselves and have outgrown all desire to command the spirits for the satisfaction
of their own ambitions; the level at which they have only one desire : that
of working in the light and for the light. Those who reach this level are true
theurgists : all that they do is utterly disinterested; they are true benefactors
of mankind."
